The added value when a groom joins a “Trash the Dress” shoot is immensely gratifying because everything becomes less scripted and more romantic. Just like how Ryan joined Sara to trash their wedding outfits that the outcome looked like they just got married half an hour ago. Ahh, true love. Anyway, enjoy this photoshoot as our couple braved the sand and the seas to reminisce the day they started their lives together as one.
What would you say, the overall story for this album?
Sara contacted me stating she wanted a trash the dress session at the beach! Of course I was in love with the idea! I love when brides want to put back on their dress for a few more shots and have fun in it! The sun was setting at the perfect time and the beach was the perfect setting for these two love birds to have some fun rolling around in the wet sand!
What was your favorite part of the day?
My favorite part was when the couple actually went in to the water to trash Sara’s dress. She was such a trooper and worked that soaking wet dress like nobody’s business! She was stunning!
What part of the ceremonies do you think was the most memorable?
The most memorable part of this session was just the two of them back in their wedding outfits remembering what it felt like years ago. You would have thought it was their wedding day with the love shining through and the looks and fun they were having with one another! I am so happy I was able to capture not only who they are as a couple but the fun sparks that come along with trashing a dress!
