If it wasn’t for her family and friends, the day wouldn’t have gone so smoothly, so the bride, April, is thanking every single person that made her wedding day so special! After all, that’s what weddings are all about – families coming together in the name of love. All of it comes down to a few simple things: two people, their commitment, and the joy that follows. Fun Before The Wedding
From the bride:
We did both an engagement session and a bridal session so we could look back one day and have the memories of our special moments. My bridal session was exciting because I got to incorporate my love for cars and take photographs beside a Ferrari! So yes, I highly recommend both an engagement and bridal portrait session.
The Happily Ever After
Extra Special Details
The color scheme. Mint green, pink, and charcoal gray – I actually planned my whole color scheme around a picture of a bouquet from Pinterest that had succulents and bright colored flowers. Pink is one of my favorite colors and it blended really well with the mint green hue of the succulents, so we made those two colors the main theme.
The favorite part of the wedding day. There are too many to list, but seeing all my friends and family arrive at the church and walking down the isle!
The surprise. How emotional Jonathon was when I was coming down the isle. He doesn’t normally cry.
The Bride’s Advice
♥ They say it goes by really fast and I never believed it until it was a reality! Take it all in and enjoy the day! I had a blast at my reception because I didn’t focus on everyone else, just took the time to enjoy what was right in front of me and danced the night away!
♥ I don’t have a single picture of just me and my grandma and that makes me sad because she is the only grandparent that’s still living. Make sure you don’t get rushed and make a list of all the photos you want to take. –April
