After 9 hours of rain, Megan and Cody decided they had planned too long and come to far to move their private intimate wedding indoors. Despite thunder and lightening, the two gazed into each others eyes and said I do in front of only two witnesses and the minister. Sandals Resorts provided the most amazing service, standing in the rain with champagne and smiles. Let’s take it all from the photographer as she shares with us some special details from this intimate wedding!
A bit about the wedding from the photographer…
The only guests were myself and my husband. The beach was completely deserted as a result of a large rain storm. The simplicity of the deserted beach, no bridal party, no guest, was truly what made this wedding unique; besides the obvious amazing detail that is was on a beach in the Bahamas. The reason they chose a destination wedding was because they “live to travel the world together,” says
Megan. Each wrote their own vows and of the hundreds of weddings I have witnessed, never I have I seen two literally not blink during that moment.Heed Her Advice
