There’s a lot of details that you shouldn’t miss in Kelly and Andy’s wedding. Casual but also intimate and romantic! The nautical elements, the simple draped fabric with small flower arrangements in the chairs, the blues and turquoise color palette, the bride’s mermaid silhouette dress and of course the gorgeous beach ceremony with the perfect sunset are some of the details that will surely sweep you off your feet. We’re All About the Details!
They had a simple arbor drapped in fabric with small flower arrangements and white chairs on the beach. The aisle markers were painted starfish. The ceremony was outside under the stars and some draped lighting. They took some boho inspiration using burlap and wine bottles as their centerpieces with simplistic flower stems.
The bride is a non traditional girl so they knew roses and carnations just wouldn’t do. So they went with lilies and orchids which are her favorite flowers. They used mostly white to offset all the turquoise with a few pops of blue in the bride’s bouquet.
Take this Advice
Enjoy the ride and remember this day is about you. Many things will go wrong but the important thing is that you enjoy each other and laugh about it. Don’t be afraid to show photos to the vendors of your ideas but also be open for them to make suggestions and let you know what will and won’t work in your venue. They are the professionals!
