Beach, Bay Hales and Horses

Beginning their wedding day at the beautifully renovated ranch of the bride’s parents, the hand-crafted details began to tell the story of Kevin and Jennifer. Soft purples and spring florals adorned the cocktail tables as guests gathered for this special day. An intricate and artfully crafted feast also laid upon the long banquet table. Tying their hands together as a symbol of love and commitment, Kevin and Jennifer  became husband and wife and gently sealed that moment with a kiss. Congratulations to you both! May your life hereafter be filled with happiness and delights!

The Love Story

Kevin and Jennifer had been together for over three years and Kevin knew he wanted to marry Jenny the moment he set his eyes on her from across the room. Her contagious smile and kind heart were hard to ignore and he fell hard for her. The couple traveled from New York to Sarasota, Florida to get married on the beaches of Siesta Key and share their wonderful day with family and close friends.

Details That Made This Wedding Extra Special

The venue. Their wedding took place on Jennifer’s parents property which they completely renovated for the wedding. They added a gorgeous stone patio area where the banquet table stood across and the pool with purple and blue accents for their wedding colors.

The props. The hay bales and horses were great props that they had originally considered removing before the wedding day but decided against so it was amazing how they were incorporated  in a unique way. It was centric to their wedding.

Tips From The Photographer

♥ You can never get started too early on planning your wedding!

♥ Don’t be afraid of mixing up your bridesmaids dresses. Jennifer chose a multi-way customizable dress in several variations of her lavender color and during photos I was able to hear her girls commenting on how glad they were to feel actually feel comfortable during pictures by being able to adjust their dresses to their unique figures and styles.

♥ A day after session is a must if available! Jennifer and Kevin had planned to do their photos following the ceremony but due to extreme winds, that was not working for them! We opted for photos back at Jennifer’s parents home (which turned out stunning!) and I offered to meet them the next day when the weather calmed down. They enjoyed the day after session so much and we were able to take our time and make sure everything was perfect!
