Every single part of this wedding is just precious! Brace yourselves for some creative and cute details, visually pleasing color palette combination, and a superman cameo that cannot be missed. And also, I love the play on the bride’s wedding bouquet when she made it a bunch of butterflies instead of flowers, such a unique idea. But truly, I just love the entire vibe of this event, everything just seemed so vibrant and fun! Lois Lane and Clark Kent has nothing on our couple. Congratulations Ashley & Ismael!

How did you two meet?
We originally met through Match.com. We talked for a couple of months on there, then our first official meeting in person was at a club in La Jolla, CA where they taught salsa lessons. We actually didn’t think we would see each other again because we had a great conversation but there wasn’t much of a spark. The funny part was we were talking on the phone a few nights later and I fell asleep talking to him, the next day I felt so bad I talked him into going to dinner with me (I was offering to pay, but he wouldn’t let me). We hit it off so much better that evening. We actually walked around till long after everything including the place we had dinner closed for the evening. We even had our first kiss that night in the rain. He was taking me back to my car when the rain started and it just happened.
How did he propose to you?
Last December 22, 2013 we have been together for 5 years. Ismael proposed on our 3rd anniversary. He recreated our first date, going to the same sushi house we had dinner, going to the same place we went to the movies (there was no rain however). He got down on one knee and proposed in the parking lot where we shared our first kiss.
What is the overall story of this album?
Ismael has always looked up to “Superman”. He’s always been such a “Superman” in my life, always trying to make it the best it can be and support me in anything I do, it just fit us.
