A Modest and Carefree Day

Corey & Sarah

Today we welcome February — the month of love! I hope you guys are having a great start of the new month. Here’s a romantic and carefree beach wedding that will help you jumpstart your Monday morning!

Details That Made This Wedding Extra Special

The bouquet. Sarah opted for a more simple flora as her bouquet. She held in her hands a bunch of white orchids.

The outfits. To stay true to their beach wedding, Sarah wore a mermaid style dress — which she looked immaculate in — and accented with a modest veil. Corey had a light gray suit with coral bow tie and pocket square for a pop; he also had a matching orchid boutonniere.

The aisle. Sarah walked down the beach covered with red rose petals and lined with grass and ended with two palm trees at the altar.

Advice For Brides-To-Be

Whatever you do, make every piece of your wedding about the two of you. Remember that all of these things that your planning and paying for are just that–things. Don’t let those things become more important than working on your relationship. If they make you so stressed that you can’t enjoy the engagement process, then you’re doing something wrong–take a step back TOGETHER, refocus, and shift your efforts back to what matters: your relationship.
