If I were to describe this wedding’s details I would say the couple “let it be-ach” (sorry for the pun). When the bride told us what they used as inspiration, she said that she just let the beach do it’s work and embraced it’s elements. According to her, “The scenery alone was enough decor” and this was emphasized by the amazing weather and these beautiful people. The other beach-inspired details were awesome too. There were plenty of seashells that adorned the whole day. But aside from all these motif, I must also point out that I love how the bride’s gown. The skirt was made of sheer material that it gave the look a soft feel and on some pictures, she even looked like she was literally floating. Congratulations to our couple, Ashley & Chris!

Sea Breeze Wedding
A very breezy day for TJ & Kelsey’s wedding. It wasn’t entirely sunny but the overcast clouds gave their ceremony a dramatic feel, specially when the sun started to set on the wedding party. It went really well with the purple details they had for it made things look elegant. But despite the dramatic elegance feel of it, the wedding still looked laid-back which is what our bride envisioned – stress free and relaxing. Congratulations Tj & Kelsey! And to everyone, advanced Happy New Year.
The Happiest Tears
What I love the most about this wedding is the groom’s, Adam, reactions upon seeing his bride-to-be. You would think that just because he already shed tears during their “first look” moments, he wouldn’t cry anymore after that. But right when his bride, Lindsay, was walking down the isle towards him, he still had happy tears. I love it when they show uninhibited emotions like that. It makes the day hundred times sweeter. Aside from this, I also love the walkway where the entourage has to walk on during the ceremony. No more worrying about getting sand between your toes. And lastly, I like the sheer floor-length black dresses Lindsay had her bridesmaids wear. Not very beachy if not for the sheer material of it, but it is very chic and it’s something that I’m sure they would use a lot after the wedding itself. Practical am I right? Anyway, congratulations Lindsay & Adam! And kudos to you Adam, we always swoon over guys who wear their heart on their sleeve.
A Maui Wedding and “Trash the Dress” Session
A simple and intimate Maui wedding of Kazuyo and Daniel. Led by a Hawaiian officiant by the coast, it was truly a sight to behold. The ceremony was pretty straightforward with beach details too but nevertheless, it was still lovely. Then a trash the wedding dress shoot was held right the next day. Maui sure is spectacular and I love how our couple really went all out on this shoot, how they laid down on the sand and just had fun throughout that day, that we can almost feel the sandy beach. . Congratulations Kazuyo and Daniel.
Romance Overcast – Engagement Shoot
An overcast day can be such a downer for some people, specially if you’re having your engagement photos taken that day. But Andrea and Mitchell turned things around and nailed this shoot with their romantic poses and sweet smiles. If their photographer didn’t point it out, we wouldn’t even have noticed the weather because we’re so focused on the bright vibes these two are giving us. She even hopped on the “positive” train and considered the cloud as some sort of light diffusion that created unique effects. Congratulations Andrea and Mitchell!
